Centrally located with their home in The Ridge On Lake Martin, they have good year-round access to all parts of the Lake by water (their pontoon boat is floating at the end of their pier).  While Becky works out of the Willow Point office and Howard works out of the recently opened Equality office on Alabama Highway #9, they view the entire lake as their home and office. 

Becky and Howard have diverse professional backgrounds which provide an excellent foundation for communicating with prospective buyers and providing sound real estate market information.  Before receiving Russell Lands’ “Rookie of the Year” award last year, Becky was the top producing Regional Director for the largest therapeutic foster care agency in Alabama serving children and families across Alabama for 15 years as a licensed social worker.  Howard has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry as a mortgage lender, certified general real estate appraiser, and realtor.  Becky and Howard have made numerous personal investments on Lake Martin over the years and decided to make Lake Martin their family’s home and their workplace.
  
In order to provide quality service for clients and customers, the Haynie Team invests a lot of time tracking recent sales and looking at current listings across the lake.  Staying abreast of current market conditions allows them to provide unique marketing plans for individual properties, and better assist buyers in identifying properties meeting their desires and investment objectives.  Becky and Howard pride themselves on maintaining good relationships with other Realtors, inside and outside their company.  The key to meeting buyers and seller’s objectives is matching the right properties with the right people.  If the Haynie Team doesn’t have a customer for their listing, they find other Realtors who do.
